BGAD will be conducting hunt registration and applications on-line only.

The period for on-line Dove Hunt applications ends June 30, 2011.
Application deadline for all other hunts is July 31, 2011. For a list of the hunts and dates go to the website and sign in as a guest.

Instructions for application to BGAD lottery hunts:

1) Visit https://webtrac.mwr.army.mil/webtrac/bluegrassrectrac.html
2) Create an account (this requires a legitimate email address) as
General Public, BGAD employee, Veteran, Civil Service, Youth or
Mentor. Active Military should register for the hunt as an employee. Hunters are required to provide proof of status if selected in lottery.
3) Register for the lotteries you wish to take part in. (fees are $10.00
for first hunt and $2.00 for each additional hunt, payable on-line only by
credit/debit card or checking account number)

The hunt lottery spin is computer generated and you will be notified via email if you are selected. Hunt applications will only be processed online.
