Go to our Online License and Permit Sales page - https://fw.ky.gov/license/olpsintro.aspx

Once on that page, please read the details and then scroll down to the bottom where it says "Hunting and Fishing License Year" (this includes permits).  There should be a green bullet next to Current Year.  Click on the "Continue" button to continue process.

On this next page, please complete entire page and when finished click on the "Continue" button to continue process.

The next page that comes up lists all the Licenses and Permits available to purchase online.  To purchase the Elk Permit, scroll down to 2006 Permits and choose "2006 Elk Draw Permit" then click on the "Continue" button to continue process.

Next the Order Summary page comes up.  Please review this page and confirm that everything is correct.

Click on the "Checkout" button to continue process.

On the next page, read the Checkout Instructions and then enter the appropriate credit or debit card information and click "Submit Order".

Please print this final "Order Complete" page.
