Directions & Description: The refuge is comprised of 3,200 acres in several islands, 3 islands located in Kentucky in Lewis County: Manchester Islands 1 and 2 east of Maysville, and Brush Creek Island east of Concord. Access on the Kentucky side by boat via the boat ramps at Maysville and Vanceburg, and on the Ohio side at the Brush Creek Public Ramp off of SR 52, 3.5 miles west of Rome.
