The Research Program, formed in 2011, is part of the Wildlife Division.  This program has several main goals, including:

§  Compile, analyze, and distribute results of long-term research and monitoring projects, and facilitate management changes based on these results

§  Design and implement new research projects that address fish, wildlife, and habitat management objectives

§  Distribute results of KDFWR research to partners, the public, and internally
