During the month of September only, hunters may apply by phone for Quota Deer, Pheasant & Waterfowl Hunts. Applications for all three types of quota hunts can be made at the same time. A representative will assist you in the application process. Hunters should tell the operator you want to apply for a Kentucky quota hunt when calling.  Please read the 2006-07 Kentucky Hunting and Trapping Guide before applying for a pheasant quota hunt.
