Donation-Staff Request

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​The Kentucky Department of Fish & Wildlife Resources mission is to conserve and enhance fish and wildlife resources and provide an opportunity for hunting, fishing, trapping, boating and other wildlife-related activities. Therefore, we support events and organizations that promote our mission.

If you are interested in submitting a request for a donation (promotional items or prizes) or staff support(request KDFWR personnel to assist in the execution of your planned event which also provides an opportunity to benefit KDFWR) please complete the request form ​and email it to Lorraine.Leveronne@ky.gov or mail it to Kentucky Department of Fish & Wildlife, Marketing Division, 1 Sportsman’s Lane, Frankfort, KY 40601. We will be happy to review your request and contact you in return.

To allow adequate time for your request to be reviewed, please submit no later than 60 days prior to your event.
