American Legion Park Access

American Legion Park Access:

Access to the river is located on the drive to the left of the main gate of the American Legion Park. A gravel/muddy bank is graded into the river below Hwy 417 Bridge. There is plenty of unpaved parking at this site. This is the half way point between Russell Ford and Greensburg City Ramp. This is a carry down site suitable for small john boats, canoes and kayaks. This site offers anglers with a good diversity of habitat including shallow, gravel shoals and deep rocky banks.
