The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet is reconstructing US 127 in Clinton and Russell counties, including a new bridge crossing the Cumberland River approximately 3.4 river miles downstream of Wolf Creek Dam. The bridge will involve the construction of two supporting piers in the river, with work likely to continue through 2026.
