Kentucky's Nongame Wildlife Program

The Nongame Wildlife Program works to conserve nongame wildlife species through research, management, and education. We strive to enhance wildlife diversity, including the protection of threatened and endangered species, species of greatest conservation need within Kentucky's Wildlife Action Plan, and common species in decline. We promote the message that all wildlife species and their habitats are vital to sustaining a healthy environment.
