Green River Lake Tailwater

Green River Lake Tailwater:

A paved parking lot (with security lights) and a single lane concrete ramp suitable for small john boats, canoes and kayaks is available. Boats are not permitted upstream of ramp according to posted ACOE signage. The first shoal is located below State Highway 55 Bridge, 0.25 mile downstream of ramp. Plenty of quality bank fishing access is available directly below the dam downstream to ramp. Picnic shelters, playground and restroom facilities are also present. This is the starting point of the Upper Green River Blue Water Trail.
