How to Apply for the Trophy Fish Award


  1. Log into your MyProfile account and select the “Trophy Fish Award Program” button on the right side.  
  2. Verify your information.
  3. Enter all the information that is requested, including the photo.
  4. Click “Submit Catch”
  5. Submissions are reviewed throughout the month, and you will receive an email notification once it’s reviewed.  If your submission is approved, you will then be able to print out your certificate from your MyProfile account. 
  6. You will receive your patches and stickers in the mail, after approval. 


​​How to Apply for the Master Angler Award


  1. Log into your MyProfile account and select the “Master Angler” button on the right side.  
  2. Click “Request Master Angler” and enter the three species that you caught that you want to qualify for your Master Angler Award. 
  3. If your fish were caught after 2011, no additional info​rmation is needed.  If any of your fish were caught prior to 2011, please list additional information, including the species, in the “Additional Details” box.  
  4. Click “Submit”
  5. Submissions are reviewed throughout the month, and you will receive an email notification once it’s reviewed.  If your submission is approved, you will then be able to print out your certificate from your MyProfile account. 
  6. You will receive your patches and stickers in the mail, after approval.
